It’s another summer for Belly, and that means another trip to Cousins Beach in The Summer I Turned Pretty season 3. This time, she’s finishing up her junior year of college, and there are some surprising coming her way.
The trailer for the new season of The Summer I Turned Pretty, which premieres next Wednesday, July 16, tells us that there is going to be a wedding. It looks like it will be Belly and Jeremiah’s wedding, but with Conrad back in the picture, that could change.

Everything seems to be perfect for Jeremiah and Belly. Summer is here, and that means time together to relax and just be with one another. As Belly says, Jeremiah is set to be her last love.
Or is he? Because Conrad comes back in the picture, and Jeremiah is immediately concerned. He can see how Conrad looks at Belly, and he may fear that she will choose him, because that’s who her heart wanted at first.
However, the two have a wedding to plan. They may not have their moms there — Susannah died and Laurel isn’t happy about the idea of the wedding — but they will have each other. Fortunately, Laurel ends up being there for her daughter, as we get a glimpse of Belly walking down the aisle.
Who will Belly choose in the end of The Summer I Turned Pretty?
With Conrad back in the picture, old memories and feelings are going to resurface. They always say that the best way to get over a broken heart is to avoid the person. You need to avoid things that will trigger the memories, and that’s what Belly has been able to do for some time by being at college. She’s been able to live in the moment with Jeremiah.
All that is about to change with Conrad around. Plus, it’s clear that he still has feelings for Belly. They are each other’s first loves, and you never really forget the first.
So, could the two end up together in the end? Is that who Belly is actually walking down the aisle to? After all, we don’t get to see who is at the bottom of the aisle. We just know that Belly’s mom is watching with a smile, making it clear that she’s happy with the union that’s coming.
