It may have taken a long time for STARZ to finally release The Couple Next Door season 1, but it’s taken no time at all for the second season to arrive. It premeires tonight, Friday, Sept. 19, and you will not want to miss a beat.
The Couple Next Door season 2 follows a whole new set of characters, but it looks like we’re in the same cul-de-sac. Of course, that means more drama and more intrigue, as we look at the consequences of turning fantasies into realities.
Charlotte Roberts is a brilliant heart surgeon, and she’s happily married to her consultant anesthetist husband, Jacob. Well, that’s what it seems, but things take a turn when Mia moves into the area, along with Charloette’s old flame, Leo. Naturally, Leo’s return leads to a change in Charlotte, but what does Mia’s arrival do to the couple?
Oh, and then there’s Alan, who is still around, although now the social outcast after the events of the first season. Mia may decide that this pervy man isn’t the world’s worst person after all.
How to watch The Couple Next Door season 2 premiere on the STARZ app
The first place to tune into for new episodes is the STARZ app. Episodes will drop at midnight ET on Fridays, with the first episode dropping on Friday, Sept. 19. That means it’s a little earlier in other time zones, with the West Coast getting episodes at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18.
You can get the STARZ app either on its own or with your cable package. It all depends on how you prefer to watch TV. The great thing about STARZ if you already have it as part of your cable package is that you’ll often be able to sign in with your TV provider details.

Of course, the episodes are set to air on the premium cable channel. While there’s no clear time set anywhere online and the current schedule isn’t up, I’d say that the episodes will air at 9 p.m. ET/PT. This is because Outlander: Blood of My Blood is still airing in the 8 p.m. ET/PT timeslot.
There are likely to be reruns throughout the weekend. This is something to keep an eye out for if you happen to miss the episode when it first airs.
