This is only possible with the STARZ app, with Outlander: Blood of My Blood season 1, episode 7 dropping at midnight ET on Friday, Sept. 12. That means if you’re on the West Coast, you can get it at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11.

What to expect in Outlander: Blood of My Blood season 1, episode 7
The new episode will see Simon desperate to legitimize the baby that he believes is his, and the only way to do that is through marriage. It is possible to legitimize after the birth, and Simon is recognizing this child as his, which is important for Julia right now.
However, the episode is also going to include a baptism. This is also important, and it could be the way that Henry finally gets word that his wife and child have been born safe.
As for Henry, he’s going to wake up in the brothel, and it’s clear that he’s realized everything that’s happened. This is going to devastate him, but I think that Julia will be understanding when she learns the truth. After all, he broke from reality.
Meanwhile, we’ll see more of Ellen and her brothers, as Dougal attends a clandestine meeting that could threaten the clan. This is all about the Jacobites.
