When The Couple Next Door began, we knew that the finale would touch on the shooting around the cabin. It’s time to find out what happened.
The images give us a look at a few storylines in the series. We can see that the couples will need to face each other after the way the previous episode ended, but we also see that there’s more in the Alan and June storyline. Evie’s parents will also show up in the episode, and this is an interesting turn of events.
The cabin revealed in The Couple Next Door
We can see that all four main characters are in the cabin in the images for The Couple Next Door. Evie is there in her nightgown, while Pete, Danny, and Becka are all fully dressed. It’s not likely that they were away together for a weekend of fun. Pete doesn’t want to hang out with Danny and Becka anymore, and it’s likely that Becka will want to keep Danny away from other women at the moment.
Speaking of Danny and Becka, though, they will also need to have a conversation. There’s one that will happen at the house, and it’s clear that Becka will need to bring up the other woman and child Danny has in his life. It’s time for Danny to be open. That’s the only way the two can make their marriage work if they both want to.
There’s trouble with Gary in The Couple Next Door season 1 finale
It’s not only the other woman Danny will need to be honest about, though. He’ll also need to share what he’s been up to with Spencer. After all, it’s clear that Gary is sure to become a problem.
Danny left Gary during the bank heist in the previous episode. Now we get to see what happened to Gary. He’s looking a little worse for wear, and it looks like he has a lawyer with him. Either he’s facing a disciplinary at work, or he’s going to make some sort of deal that gets Danny in trouble.
Alan and June will also get some time during the episode. June initially just thought that Alan was stalking Becka and stealing videos and photos for his own pleasure. Now she’s found out that he put up videos online, engaging in revenge porn that lost her all her clients. Is this something that she can stand, or is it time for her to walk away from her marriage?
Evie’s parents will appear in The Couple Next Door
The new episode will also see us revisit Evie’s parents. This is an interesting turn of events. If it was just Evie seeing her parents, it would make sense. However, we’ll get some time with her parents on their own. Has Evie spun a web that is going to lead to issues for Pete? He’s already unfairly got enough on his plate.
