What is The Irish Wish about?
The Irish Wish follows Maddie, who comes to Ireland for her best friend’s wedding. She is a bridesmaid, but she’s not all that happy for the couple. You see, Paul, the groom, is the one who got away. She wonders if her life could have been different had she told Paul how she felt about it.
That leads to her making a wish. Of course, there is some sort of magic that makes the wish come true. She is the one getting married to Paul, but is it everything that she thought it would be?
On the way to the hotel, she met with James, who turns out to be the photographer at the wedding. The two of them share a connection, and Maddie has to realize that sometimes the one you think it’s meant to be isn’t the right one.
