Which Love Is Blind Season 5 couples are still together?
When it comes to lackluster seasons of Love Is Blind, the fifth season is certainly up there. It came with some drama and some romance, but not as much as we’d like.
There were some couples who made it down the aisle and said “I do,” though. It’s time to look back at the season to find out who is still together and who decided to go their separate ways.
It is somewhat interesting that only Izzy from this season was on the Love Is Blind Season 6 reunion. While there were no married couples from the first two seasons—likely due to being out of contract now—you would have thought the show would have tried to get more Season 5 couples back on!
Lydia and Milton still have each other’s backs
We did wonder if Lydia and Milton would end up saying “I do” at the altar in Love Is Blind Season 5. They had a lot of things to work through, and they certainly weren’t the best to each other when they did argue. Yet, they decided that the love they had for each other was worth it.
The two are still together. They have had to navigate job changes immediately, and there are still some financial issues.
They were the only couple to get married at the end of a season full of people who just probably shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
Where are some of the others from Love Is Blind Season 5?
We caught up with Izzy at the Season 6 reunion of the Netflix series. He shared that he is going on Perfect Match Season 2 with Micah from the fourth season of Love Is Blind. So, he is looking for love and he wants to make it work.
After leaving the pods during the experiment, Aaliyah ended up meeting with Uche in person. This was the moment things turned for the fans of the series. At first, Uche seemed like a great guy, but he turned on Aaliyah in the coffee shop, something that she also saw. She is now dating someone else, and she’s happy with that.
Chris and Johnie didn’t work out after saying yes to each other in the pods. Their downfall came at the cast barbecue, where Izzy couldn’t stop talking about his connection to Johnie in the pods. That made it difficult for Chris, who couldn’t get over the way Johnie felt for another man. He then ended up cheating on Johnie and she broke things off completely when she found out. Chris is with the woman he cheated on Johnie with, while Johnie is also in a relationship.
Taylor and JP had no real connection outside of the pods, and it wasn’t surprising to see them go nowhere after Mexico. The two are in relationships now.
