The Gathering 2023 starts today with registration and the Welcome Party. What can you expect at the Welcome Party if this is your first event?
It’s time for the Welcome Party at The Gathering 2023. This is a great chance to meet other attendees and catch up with Sasnak Sisters and Brothers who you haven’t seen for months or years.
If this is your first time, you’ll want to know what to expect during the various parts of the event. You can certainly look at what happened in previous years, but what about this upcoming one. What is set to happen tonight?
The Gathering 2023 Welcome Party
The Welcome Party takes place at the same time as registration. You’ll want to head to the Westin for this one, where you’ll be able to head to pick up your registration packs for the event. Fraser’s Ridge guests will get their packets first and then it goes down by tier throughout the evening. Registration closes at 9 p.m.
The Welcome Party happens in the lobby. Everyone gathers together to meet up and catch up. If you’re new, you’ll be welcomed into the group quickly. Don’t worry about which tier you are. This is a great chance to get to know people within your tier and see just how friendly members of every tier are.
Spend your time looking through the registration packs as well as spending time with attendees. This will give you chance to see if something is missing so you can get it added in if needed. After all, the team will be there to help you!
If you can’t make it on the Thursday night, don’t worry about it too much. You can get your registration pack on Friday instead. You also won’t miss out on any of the cast members being around. Those events don’t happen until Friday, Nov. 3.
