Outlander Season 6 is not coming to Netflix in October 2023
We certainly wish that we had better news for those who use Netflix to watch Outlander. When will Outlander Season 6 arrive on Netflix in the U.S.?
It is possible to watch Outlander on STARZ. All seasons of the series are available there, and they will remain there. While other streaming networks have been removing content, there’s no reason for STARZ to remove this series.
However, there are some people out there who will only watch on Netflix. They have the biggest streamer of all and don’t have the money for the smaller ones. That’s understandable, especially with the cost of living crisis right now. We know that Outlander Season 6 will eventually head to Netflix, but when?
Just a note, this is only for in the U.S. Outlander Season 6 is on Netflix in other countries. You’ll want to check your local listings.
When will Outlander Season 6 come to Netflix in the U.S.?
We’ve had an idea of this release for some time. We’re expecting the full season to drop on May 1, 2024.
This marks two years since the Outlander Season 6 finale aired on STARZ. Seasons 3, 4, and 5 all dropped on Netflix exactly two years after their finales, so it looks like the same will happen with the sixth season.
Of course, contracts can change. It wasn’t clear how long the licensing agreement for Outlander was in place, and we know CEO Jeremy Hirsch wasn’t all that happy that some of the top STARZ content was being licensed to Netflix. However, there’s no denying that there is a Netflix effect on the series, so it looks like it’s a good idea to keep some seasons on there, even if there is a two-year wait.
If you can’t wait for it, you know where to find all six and a half seasons so far. Head over to STARZ.
