Foreshadowing in the Outlander chapter

There is certainly some foreshadowing in this chapter. This is not the last time that we’ll see the bear. Maybe it’s not the same bear, but there is a bear to come up later in the story. It’s actually a heartbreaking moment even though Amy isn’t a major player in the story.

I think we also get some foreshadowing of more time travelers. We now know that a certain character we met in Written in My Own Heart’s Blood is a time traveler. And it seems that time traveler may have been connected to Rob Cameron in some sort of way.

Adapting the Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone chapter

I look forward to seeing this chapter adapted. I want to see Bree see Ian again and for them to catch up. I also want to see her learn that Jenny is at the Ridge. The Bree in the TV show didn’t get to meet Jenny, but she did have a strong connection to Ian Murray. We need to see her learn about his death.

I’m not sure if all of the chapter will be used. We may see the bit with the bear skipped. The discussion about Rob is sure to still take place. After all, it seems to have a connection to Captain Richardson.
