Is Denzell Hunter in Outlander Season 7A?

We know there are a few new characters coming to Outlander. Which ones will be in Outlander Season 7A? Is Denzell Hunter one of them?

There are some new faces joining the Frasers in Outlander Season 7. Not all of them will show up in the first eight episodes, though. So, now we’re looking at the ones who may.

Denzell Hunter, also known as Denny, plays a big role for a few reasons. He is a surgeon, who ends up looking up to Claire and learning from her. He is not a man of his time when it comes to his respect for a woman in his field of work.

A Quaker, he is a man of peace. However, that isn’t going to stop him from being on the side of the Patriots when it comes to the Revolutionary War, even though the Quakers traditionally weren’t on that side.

Will Denny be in Outlander Season 7A?

Will we get to meet Denny right away? Most likely. It certainly looks like from the promotional footage that Denny is going to be in the story from close to the start of the season. That makes a lot of sense if Rachel is going to be part of the story from the start.

Denny and Rachel move from place to place together. Denny is Rachel’s protector as her big brother, and he is the complete opposite to Allan Christie. This is a man who actually wants to keep his sister safe from harm, so you can like him. I promise!

We won’t get into the book spoilers for what to expect from the character. Just know that he may or may not end up connected to the Grey family. It all depends on which parts of Written in My Own Heart’s Blood will be used in the story.
