We’re ready for another season of Outlander. That season is almost ready for us. The promo is out and we’re just a week away from the new season. That’s leading to us looking at who could return.
We’re not looking at book storylines for this post. This isn’t about the book spoilers but about looking at the promotional material for the season to get an idea of what to expect. Are there any signs that Lizzie could return to the story?
Lizzie is in Outlander Season 7A
We can certainly expect to see Lizzie. There is a moment in the promo where Claire is walking in a funeral procession. Behind her is Lizzie.
There is also one episode still out that includes Lizzie at the Ridge. It looks like she is still at the house with the family despite her own family that’s growing right now. Fans will remember that in Outlander Season 6, we found out that she was with both of the Beardsley twins. All three love each other and they’re happy with their unconventional relationship—and no, we have no idea which twin fathered her baby. Does it really matter?
Could we see more of this relationship throughout the season? Maybe. That’s probably the least concerning factor on Jamie’s mind right now as he tries to save Claire, but when everyone returns to the Ridge, it could be a matter of gossip. Oh how the fisherfolk like to gossip! I guess there’s nothing better to do without TV or Outlander books.
