The last we saw of Marsali, she was getting ready to go to Wilmington. That’s where she was when the Browns turned up to take Claire away for murder.
With us coming close to the end of the series, eyes are on whether we’ll get to see all our favorite characters again. Was Outlander Season 6 the last for Lauren Lyle? After all, we know she’s busy with Karen Pirie now.
Is Marsali going to be in Outlander Season 7A?
Lyle couldn’t confirm if she would or wouldn’t be in the next season, which does suggest she will. If she wasn’t going to be back, actors are usually able to share that. So, it means the showrunners want to keep spoilers away from everyone.
However, it doesn’t look like she’ll be back in Outlander Season 7A in a big capacity. She wasn’t spotted anywhere in the trailer for the episodes. This does only cover the first eight episodes of the season, though. There is a chance that we’ll see her at another point.
There’s also a chance that she will have a surprise return. There’s a moment of Claire with a noose around her neck and it looks like it’s in Wilmington’s center. That could be a moment for Marsali and Fergus to at least appear, showing support for the matriarch of the Fraser family.
There is still time to see Marsali before the end. Marsali is also in the books still, so there is some source material for her. It’s all whether there is time for the whole story or just a quick goodbye in the final 10 episodes of the series.
