There has been a lot of Outlander news lately. Sadly, it’s not that Outlander Season 6 is making its way to Netflix in the U.S. just yet.

While there has been a lot of news about Outlander, it’s not been when Season 6 would head to Netflix. What we know right now is that it will not arrive on Netflix in the U.S. in April.

Yes, the series is available on Netflix in other countries. Every time someone says “it’s not on Netflix yet,” there are chimes of “well, I have it in X country.” Netflix releases are different around the world due to licensing needs.

There is still a wait on our hands for those in the United States. When could we see it arrive?

When will Outlander Season 6 come to Netflix in the U.S.?

There is still a much longer wait for the series. Don’t expect it for another year and a bit. We’re expecting to see the drop on May 1, 2024, as that will mark two years from the Outlander Season 6 finale airing on STARZ.

This could mean the whole of Season 7 airs on STARZ before the sixth season arrives on Netflix. It is the planned way of STARZ doing this release. After all, it doesn’t make sense to encourage viewers to head to another streaming platform for its original content.

Right now, we know that Outlander Season 7 will premiere on Friday, June 16. The first eight episodes will air and then there will be a break until sometime in 2024. It is possible that we could see the premiere as early as February 2024, which will mean we’re likely to get all eight episodes of the second half before Season 6 comes to Netflix. That is if the series only takes six months off between the parts of the season.
