Call the Midwife Season 12 premieres on PBS tonight. What time can you watch the episode, and what can you expect to happen?
If you thought there wasn’t anything to watch right now, you’ll be mistaken. PBS brings us a new season of the period drama, Call the Midwife. We’re heading into 1968 for this season, which is certainly going to mean something to Outlander fans out there.
There’s a new recruit at Nonnas House for Call the Midwife Season 12. Sister Veronica arrives in Aril 1968, and she makes it very clear that she isn’t a shrinking violet. This is a woman who doesn’t mind ruffling a few feathers.
Meanwhile, there are some racial tensions. due to Enoch Powell’s “Rivers of Blood” speech. The Civil Defence Corps is also going to e disbanded, much to Fred’s disappointment. There is a lot ready to happen in the new season, and you will not want to miss out on it tonight.

The new episodes will air at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Sundays on PBS. Things kick off tonight, Sunday, March 19.

It’s clear she is no shrinking violet and will ruffle a few feathers. Racial tensions cast a shadow over Poplar following Enoch Powell’s incendiary `Rivers of Blood’ speech. Nancy and Trixie team up to support terminally ill patient, and Fred is saddened to receive an official letter confirming the disbandment of the Civil Defence Corps."
