Carnival Row Season 2 will be here before we know it. There were a few Outlander actors in the first season, including Andrew Gower. Will he return for Season 2?
Many Outlander fans enjoyed the first season of Carnival Row. The story is set in a fantastical version of Victorian London, and Andrew Gower plays an upper-class brat—that really is the best way to describe him. He plays Ezra Spurnrose, who lives with his sister Imogen in the higher end of society.
His storyline involves a faun, Agreus, who moves into a home next door to him. He’s immediately put off by the idea that one of the fae has managed to own a house in the upper-class sections of society, and he’s even more appalled when his sister takes a liking to Agreus.
By the end of the season, Imogen and Agreus have fled the city and are on their way to another land. Would that mean Gower wouldn’t return for a second season? Oh, definitely not. Gower is most definitely in Carnival Row Season 2.
What will happen to Ezra Spurnrose in Carnival Row Season 2?
Imogen and Agreus may be on a ship leaving The Burgue, but that doesn’t mean Ezra will just allow them to leave. He’s sure to follow as soon as he can, and we have photos of him with Imogen and Agreus during the second season.
It looks like everyone will end up somewhat shipwrecked somewhere. They all look in some sort of trouble, wherever they’ve ended up in the hope of starting a new life.
There is a revolution coming. The fae won’t take the injustices against them lying down, and in the trailer for the season, Agreus is heartbroken at some of his own people being executed without even a trial. At one point, Agreus and Imogen are forcibly separated. Does Ezra have a role to play in this as he figures out where his sister has gone?
