Outlander Season 6 is coming to Netflix Canada in February 2023

Calling all Canadian Sassenachs. Outlander Season 6 has a Netflix Canada release date. Get ready for a great February 2023!

While U.S. Outlander fans will need to wait a lot longer, there is some great news for those north of the border. Netflix Canada is going to get all eight episodes of Outlander Season 6 next month. Netflix made the announcement with the full list of releases via Facebook and other social media channels.

This is what we expected. Netflix Canada tends to get the episodes 11 months after the premiere of the season on STARZ (or W Network in Canada). So, the release is right on time.

When will Outlander Season 6 come to Netflix Canada?

There isn’t much longer left to wait. All eight episodes will be available to stream on Monday, Feb. 6. It’s a great release at the start of the month, giving us something beautiful to watch when it comes to Valentine’s Day!

We still have to wait until the summer for Season 7. We know the episodes are worth the wait, but it doesn’t make Droughtlander any easier.

What is Outlander Season 6 about?

For those who have been waiting for it to come to Netflix, you’ll want to get an idea of what to expect. The Revolutionary War is just around the corner, and that’s certainly felt throughout the season. Jamie is called upon to be an Indian Agent, which he doesn’t want to do initially. In the end, he decides that he will take the position, and it certainly helps to lead to having friends in the right places.

Meanwhile, Claire is dealing with the aftermath of her attack at the end of Season 5. There are complaints about how this was handled, especially from the book-first fans, but I actually found it realistic and understandable.

Then there are Roger and Bree, who need to find a place in the 18th century now that they’ve decided to stay. Bree decides it’s time to put her inventive mind to work, while Roger figures out what his calling is.

Of course, there is trouble at the Ridge. Some newcomers don’t make life easy for the Frasers and MacKenzies.
