Outlander Season 7 is not coming to STARZ in January 2023

Are you ready for Outlander Season 7? After that teaser trailer, you most certainly are. There’s some bad news when it comes to the premiere date, though.

All eyes are on when Outlander Season 7 is going to premiere. What we know right now is that we won’t get the episodes at all in January 2023. Of course, we didn’t expect that, but it never stops us hoping for some sort of miracle, right?

The good news is there’s a small light at the end of the Droughtlander tunnel. STARZ has confirmed the season of the release, and now we’re just waiting for a date.

When is Outlander Season 7 going to premiere on STARZ?

Just before Christmas, STARZ confirmed the end of Droughtlander would happen in summer 2023. This confirmation came with a teaser trailer, which included a sight of Claire with a noose around her neck. Say what?

There isn’t an exact date just yet, and we’re not expecting that until much closer to the time. The summer is a tricky season to guess month-wise though. Is STARZ working with the idea that summer is June, July, and August, or is STARZ running with the Summer Equinox working as the start of summer?

The Summer Equinox would be a great premiere date. After all, the stones are open on this day. It’s a huge connection to the mythology in the series.

The trailer gives us a hint of things to come. We get to see scenes of Claire and Jamie together. Claire even has long hair again, which suggests that the scene with Claire with the noose is from the start of the season and she manages to get free somehow. If the series follows the book storyline, Tom Christie is important in clearing Claire’s name.

There are also hints that the fire at the Big House is going to happen, and there is a clip of Bree giving birth and it looks like Jamie is going to be there. Take a look at the teaser below:
