What to do between panels at Sasnak City 2022

Sasnak City 2022 is just around the corner. What is there to do at the event between the panels? Here are all the great options available.

Sasnak City is a small Outlander convention, especially compared to the likes of NYCC or even Emerald City con. It’s even smaller than the Creative Ent. cons. So, there aren’t panels throughout the day. There is always something to keep you entertained though.

In between the panels, you’ll be able to get your autographs and photos. These are all done on a schedule based on your ticket tier, and that schedule will be announced closer to the time. This is why you really want to be there for all days to make sure you don’t miss out on anything, but if you really can’t make it, the volunteers will be able to figure something out for you.

What to do when panels aren’t on at Sasnak City 2022

If you don’t have any of the Meet and Greets and you’re done with your photo ops, you’ll want to figure out what to do at the event. Well, there are some great things available.

You’ll want to stop by the vendor area. You’ll find some great treats and souvenirs to take home. There really is something for everyone, whether you want candles, jewelry, or clothing. Just  make sure you have enough room in your luggage to get it all home!

This is also a great time to get to know your other attendees. I did find the last time I was there, attendees find a group they know and they stick together, but that doesn’t mean they’re not welcoming to others. It was so easy to get chatting to others, and it helps that we all have at least the love of Outlander in common.

You can also head to the auditorium between panels. There are usually episodes of Outlander put on throughout the event and other things to keep you entertained.

If you have time, I do recommend a trip around the museum. This isn’t included in your ticket for the convention, but it’s worth the extra addition for a day. Just make sure you keep track of time or go at a time when you’re not worried about getting back for a panel or meet and greet. You can also experience Kansas City if you have time. It’s something else I recommend doing.
