Foreshadowing in the Outlander chapter

I don’t see too much in the way of foreshadowing in this chapter. Really, it’s mostly about why the fall of the fort is going to happen.

However, I think there’s a small amount in Emily having a healthy child. This isn’t the last we’ll hear of Emily and her child. It gets us ready for a major reveal in Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone.

Adapting An Echo in the Bone chapter

I would love to see the ending to this chapter included in Outlander Season 7. We know what the Mohawk believe, and we know that Ian has gained closure about Emily. What I want to see is Ian have this fear that he won’t be able to have children. After all, we know Rachel Hunter is coming into Outlander Season 7.

I want to see Claire discuss Rh factors. I want to see the two of them bond more. And with everything Ian has been trying to understand lately in the show, I do think that he’d want to know more about why he and Emily couldn’t seem to have children.
