It took just a little more than a year between Outlander Season 5 premiering and then it arriving on the Australian Netflix platform. It took a year and a day to be exact, although it’s actually more like a year. The show began on Feb. 17, 2020 in Australia rather than on Feb. 16 like it did in the U.S. due to time zones.

So, we’re looking at something similar for the sixth season. With this in mind, we’re looking at Outlander Season 6 to arrive on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

This date will depend on the exact contract Netflix and STARZ have in place. At least it’s much sooner than we will see the season arrive on Netflix in the United States. It takes two years from the finale date for the Americans to get the release.

The season will be available on Digital and DVD before it’s on streaming. That’s not too surprising as it will be how Sony benefits the most financially.
