When is Outlander Season 6 coming to Netflix Canada?

Outlander Season 6 will eventually head to Netflix Canada. How long will we need to wait to watch the full season? Here’s what we know so far.

Outlander fans in Canada don’t have the option of watching the series on STARZ. While there is the STARZ app via Crave and Amazon Channels, the series doesn’t head to that platform. Instead, the W Network has the rights, and that leads to the content heading to the Global TV App and Stack TV.

However, neither of these apps keep the series for the long term. Eventually, the episodes head to Netflix, and that’s what will happen with Outlander Season 6. The question for many is when that will happen.

Outlander Season 6 on Netflix Canada release date predictions

It’s hard to say exactly when the season will head to Netflix. This isn’t the same as Netflix U.S., where we know it will take two years from the finale date. Netflix Canada has a different timeline.

Previous seasons have headed to Netflix Canada around 11 months after the premiere of the previous seasons. We saw Season 5 head to Netflix Canada in January 2021, while Season 4 came to Netflix Canada in October 2019.

With that in mind, we’re looking at early 2023 as a release date. In fact, we’re looking at around the beginning of February 2023, probably around February 6. That would be exactly 11 months after the premiere of the sixth season on STARZ/W Network.

It’s something we’re going to keep an eye on. After all, we want to be able to binge-watch the series as much as possible. The good news is that the series will e on DVD and Blu-ray before the Netflix releases, so there will be a way to own the episodes to watch whenever you want.
