Outlander Season 6 episode titles revealed: What could they mean?

As we get closer to the Outlander Season 6 premiere, we’re getting a few more teases and treats. The latest is the episode titles for all eight episodes.

There is a lot of drama to come on Outlander Season 6. The episode titles certainly make that clear. These titles are the official ones, released on the Outlander social media pages to get us ready for the new season still to come in March.

As usual, the titles give us a hint of what’s to come in each of the episodes. Those who have read the books will have more of an idea of what to expect, but there are a few titles that will stand out for everyone.

Outlander Season 6 episode titles

Here’s a look at the post with all eight episode titles. We’ll then break down a couple of the more notable ones.

Episode 1 certainly stands out. “Echoes” could link to everyone in a way, but it’s more likely linked to both Claire and Jamie. This season is going to be a hard one for Claire. She has to deal with the trauma after the events from the Season 5 finale. Meanwhile, Jamie will have echoes of his past show up when the Christies appear.

Episode 4 is the next one that stands out. “Hour of the Wolf” initially suggests that it’s going to be about Rollo, and I know a lot of people worry about our favorite doggo because of that. However, I think it might be linked to Ian, who is known as “Wolf’s Brother” to the Mohawk. I think this is the episode where we find out everything that happened to Young Ian and why he’s back.

Episodes 5 and 6 are titled “Give Me Liberty” and “The World Turned Upside.” I dare you not to get a Hamilton song stuck in your head, but I do think the titles are linked to the same events in Hamilton. It’s all about the Revolutionary War.

We know a war is coming. That war is starting in Outlander Season 6, and I get a sense that these two episodes are where it’s really going to get started.
