With Outlander actors turning up in the world of The Witcher, there’s no doubt you want to see more. Will The Witcher Season 3 happen?

When we see TV shows with our favorite Outlander actors in, we end up wanting to see more of them. The Witcher brought us two standout Outlander actors during the second season. Graham McTavish turned up in Episode 4, and then Simon Callow turned up a few episodes later.

Now we want to know if we’ll get to see more of them in their roles. Will there be a third season of the Netflix series?

The Witch Season 3 is definitely happening

There is excellent news for fans of the Netflix series. Ahead of the Season 2 premiere, Netflix confirmed the good news that The Witcher Season 3 would happen. We were all able to go into the second season without worrying about a cliffhanger ending.

And there was certainly a cliffhanger ending! There are a lot of questions about various characters, and that includes Graham McTavish’s character. He plays a spymaster, and it’s clear that he has a much bigger role to play. We’re expecting to see him return in the third season.

What about Simon Callow’s character? There is plenty of room for him to return in the third season. He’s a private detective who wasn’t used to his full potential in the second season.

What is The Witcher Season 3 about?

What will we get to see in the new season? That’s not all too clear just yet. Right now, the focus is on Ciri and her powers. Many are scared of her and the darkness that she could bring.

However, Geralt continues to protect her. He’s got Yennefer to help train Ciri in her powers to protect the young girl and even the world. However, things are strained between Yen and Geralt after Yen risked Ciri’s life just to get her powers back.
