A The Witcher Season 2 casting announcement made it clear that this was a series that would offer a bit of help to get through Droughtlaner. Not only has it arrived during Droughtlander, but it has two Outlander actors.

Simon Callow is one of those actors. You’ll need to wait a while to see him in this latest role, and it’s one that is vastly different to his role on Outlander.

When does Simon Callow appear in The Witcher Season 2?

You’ll need to wait until The Witcher Season 2, Episode 6. The detective agency that his character is the face of is required at the very start of that episode.

It is a shame that you have to wait so long. The good news is you’re not waiting as long for the other Outlander actor. Graham McTavish shows up during Episode 4 of the new season.

You’ll be forgiven if you don’t recognize him at first. He not only looks different but speaks with a different accent to what you’ve seen him perform with before.

Who does Simon Callow play on The Witcher Season 2?

Callow is Codringher, one half of the founders of the detective agency Codringher and Fenn. The universe does speculate in the books that Codringher is the only one involved, but Fenn is disabled and remains locked in a room to research. The show doesn’t seem to follow that closely with Liz Carr becoming an immediate presence as Fenn.

Codringher is a man who can do what seems to be the impossible. For the right price, he will get any information a person desires. It’s not surprising that Istredd turns to him to figure out a mystery within the world of The Witcher.
