Droughtlander suggestion: Watch The Wheel of Time on Amazon

We’re all looking for something to watch during Droughtlander. The Wheel of Time has premiered on Amazon, and it’s certainly worth adding to your Droughtlander list.

When it comes to Droughtlander suggestions, you need something epic. You also need something that is going to take up some time. After all, Droughtlander is long. This one is the longest yet, and it’s not coming to an end until sometime in early 2022.

The Wheel of Time has just premiered on Amazon Prime Video. This is an epic fantasy series that you’ll want to add to your list. It’ll get you to the end of 2021.

What is The Wheel of Time about?

The series is based on the epic fantasy book series by Robert Jordan. The book series starts with The Eye of the World, which is used for the first season of the series. This is a fantasy book series we’ve wanted to see adapted for a long time, and now Amazon has brought it to us.

Rosamund Pike stars Aes Sedai member Moiraine. The Aes Sedai is a powerful organization of women capable of using magic. Moiraine is looking for the reincarnation of the Dragon, a powerful individual believed to either destroy or save the world.

She believes the Dragon’s reincarnation is one of five individuals. So, she takes these five young people on a journey around the world.

Why watch the series during Droughtlander?

The fact that it’s based on an epic book series is just one reason to watch it during Droughtlander. This is a series that will bring magic, romance, action, and much more.

The series is an adaptation, though. It’s a show that tweaks a few storylines for various reasons. Outlander fans are used to seeing that happen!

Another reason to watch it is that it’s already renewed for a second season. Work has begun on it, which means it will help get through the Droughtlander after Outlander Season 6. And this first season is going to get you through to the end of the year.

The Wheel of Time has received a hybrid release on Amazon Prime Video. The first three episodes dropped today, Friday, Nov. 19. We’ll then get one episode a week until Friday, Dec. 24. It’s going to give you content that you’ll want to watch and rewatch as you figure out everything that’s happening.
