What to expect on Men in Kilts Season 1, Episode 5
The fifth episode will look into culture and traditions. The preview of the episode gives us just a hint of some of the things both Sam and Graham will experience, including a bit of sheep herding it looks like!
One thing that is special about Scotland is that the English tried to get rid of the cultures and traditions, especially after Culloden. However, those traditions have lived on. The Scottish culture wasn’t decimated in the way the British Crown wanted it to be.
We’re sure to get some of the reminds of that from Outlander throughout the episode. We’ll also possibly see some of the traditions that happened on the show. Maybe the wool waulking?
