Will Men in Kilts be on Netflix?

Men in Kilts is the epic road trip we’ve all been waiting to see. Outlander‘s Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish take us on an adventure around Scotland, learning more about the clans, the history, and of course, the whisky.

It’s certainly not a show you will want to miss out on, but you need to know how you’ll be able to watch it. One of the questions is whether Men in Kilts Season 1 will be on Netflix.

Men in Kilts will not likely come to Netflix

Right now, things aren’t looking good for the docuseries to come to Netflix. The series is heading to STARZ, where it will get a weekly release. It premieres on Sunday, Feb. 14, so there isn’t too much longer to wait for the show.

STARZ shows don’t traditionally head to Netflix in the United States. We’ve seen the odd one or two now and then, including one of the biggest shows, Outlander. However, the deals were struck under a different CEO.

Chris Albrecht noticed the benefits of putting the network’s shows on the biggest streaming service. Jeremy Hirsch made it clear that he didn’t like that plan when he took over as CEO. However, Outlander Season 4 has still headed to Netflix, suggesting that maybe he has seen the benefit or people in charge have outvoted him on the decision to pull/not renew the contract.

With the success of Outlander, there may be a chance of Men in Kilts going to Netflix, but don’t expect it. The best place to watch is on STARZ.
