Outlander Season 2, Episode 11: Vengeance Is Mine

Moving onto the second season, we need to jump toward the end of it. Outlander Season 2, Episode 11 will get you in the Halloween spirit. It’s the one where Claire finds herself a prisoner inside the Duke of Sandringham’s house.

Claire’s life is threatened again. The storyline from Paris finally comes back up, bringing answers that we didn’t initially expect. It’s also an important one for Murtagh, as he finally gets vengeance and lays the head of Sandringham at Claire’s feet.

There’s no doubt this episode brings a feeling of horror. It also focuses on the ghosts of the past.

Outlander Season 3, Episode 12: The Bakra

Next up is the penultimate episode of Outlander Season 3. After a journey to Jamaica, Claire and Jamie finally find out where Young Ian is. They also learn that Geillis Duncan is the one that has him, and she may kill him.

Again, there are ghosts of the past. Claire learns what happened to Geillis when she was supposed to be burned at the stake. Geillis learns that it’s possible to go through the stones again, so she could have returned home. She also finds out that Brianna is linked to the prophecy she’s heard, so wants to kill her. Claire has no choice but to take Geillis’s life to protect Brianna.

Ghosts, murder, and prophecies all play an important part in this episode.
