Outlander Season 5 is available to buy Digital tonight

There’s less than 24 hours to own Outlander Season 5 on Digital

One of the things Sassenachs love is to be able to own the seasons at home. This cuts the need for a constant subscription to STARZ, making watching the series much cheaper in the long-term. The great news for those waiting for Outlander Season 5 is that it’s on Digital tonight.

The majority of Digital releases happen at midnight local. Sometimes, there may be a bit of a delay. In some cases, the releases can drop early—usually happens on the west coast as the release is time for midnight ET.

You’ll get it as soon as it’s available if you pre-order

For those who pre-ordered the Digital copy, you’ll get it as soon as it’s available. Those who got it through Amazon Video will need to head to their Amazon Library, where the full season should be able to watch at once. If you’ve ordered through other platforms, you’ll need to head there.

Of course, this is technology. Sometimes technology doesn’t quite work the way we’d expect it. Be patient!

Remember that if it doesn’t work, it’s not STARZ’s, Sony’s, or Outlander‘s fault. It’s just the system that you’re using. It’s hard being patient when you’ve already waited, but it’ll be available soon!

When Sept. 14 arrives, you’ll see the pre-order switch to buy.

The fifth season comes to Digital first. However, for those who are waiting for the physical copies, there isn’t much longer. The DVD and Blu-ray release happens on Tuesday, Sept. 15. It’s just an extra day.
