Bloodshot airs on the STARZ channel tonight

Tune into STARZ tonight to watch Bloodshot live

Bloodshot dropped on the STARZ App last week, but that’s not how everyone watches anything on STARZ. You may watch on the channel, and you’ve had to wait for Bloodshot starring Vin Diesel and Sam Heughan.

STARZ opted to make the movie available early for those with the app. It’s a way to give those with the app some exclusive content for a little while, a thank you for subscribing to the app instead of just having the channel. But the movie was always going to make it to the channel eventually.

That happens tonight. The first airing of the action movie airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET/PT on the STARZ channel. There will be other airings throughout the month and as long as the movie is licensed to STARZ, but this is the first time it’s airing on the channel.

What’s Bloodshot about?

Vin Diesel stars in the movie as the titular character. He’s a soldier who was killed and is brought back to life through nanotechnology. This is the first time a person has been brought back to life by the technology, but the company involved does offer some advanced prosthetics for wounded soldiers.

One of the former soldiers with one of the prosthetics is Sam Heughan’s Jimmy Dalton. Dalton and Bloodshot definitely do not get along. They immediately butt heads and it shouldn’t be surprising to find out that Dalton turns out to be one of the villains.

That’s what is so great about this movie for Sam Heughan fans. We’re so used to him playing the good guy. Even in The Spy Who Dumped Me, he was a good guy. In this movie, we get to see him as a bad guy, and it’s so much fun!
