There are many big questions after that emotional episode of Outlander. Here are my biggest questions after Outlander Season 5, Episode 11.

Outlander Season 5, Episode 11 was certainly an emotional episode. It was beautifully written, but certainly left us with many questions by the end.

I like to gather all the questions and combine them into big questions. I don’t always have an answer (and we don’t always get one) but it’s fun to break out the theories.

As with previous posts like this, I’m keeping this as book spoiler-free as possible. That’s getting so much easier with changes to storylines and the combination of books. For me, it’s exciting! Where will the writers go next?

Moving onto the purpose of this post. Here are my five big questions after watching Outlander Season 5, Episode 11.

5. Is that it for Lord John Grey and Ulysses?

Lord John Grey said that he was off to England. Lord Dunsaney had died and it was time for Willie to run the estate. That means Lord John Grey is needed. And while he never thought he would end up in the Colonies, he has found a peace there; possibly through his friendships with both Jamie and Brianna.

However, Lord John Grey’s exit felt somewhat final. It’s like the show was giving us a goodbye for both him and Ulysses. In the books, we know there’s more to come for LJG, but is this really going to be it for the show? It’s a huge diversion, which makes things extremely interesting in the future.

It certainly looks like this is the end, though. At least, for now.
