We take one last look at Outlander Season 5, Episode 4 before looking ahead at the new episode. Here are my five favorite moments from the episode.

Outlander Season 5, Episode 4 gave us some excellent moments for the individual characters. Whether it was Jamie sword dancing or Brianna bonding with Marsali, these moments stand out to help with the development of the characters or offer us something that we just haven’t seen in a long time.

However, overall, there were some excellent moments. These moments push the story forward or offer us some hope for couples as we move forward.

As one last look back at Outlander Season 5, Episode 4, I take a look at the five moments that stood out for me. After this, we’ll be focused on Episode 5 tomorrow night.

5. Checking in on the Beardsley twins

This moment stood out for a world of reasons. The main one is that we see a storyline from the book play out. While it’s a tiny bit different to the way it plays out in the book, it still has the same meaning. It means that penicillin is needed and Claire continues to be focused on saving lives and bringing the 20th-century medicine to the past.

It also means that Claire and Roger will head back to Fraser’s Ridge. There’s a lot going on there but little time to spend on it. Brianna needs her mother and husband for some of those storylines to play out. As much as I love the bonding between Bree and Marsali, there are things she can only talk about to Roger and Claire.
