Outlander Season 5: STARZ releases love promo for Valentine’s Day

Just ahead of Valentine’s Day, STARZ released a new promo for Outlander Season 5. This one focused on the love in the series and what it means.

Outlander isn’t holding back on the promotion. It premieres tomorrow, but just ahead of Valentine’s Day, the network released a new trailer for Season 5. It’s all about love.

While many of the promos have focused on the battles to come and the difficult storylines that always bring drama, this latest promo focuses on the love between Claire and Jamie and between Roger and Brianna. Both couples have traveled through space and time to be with each other, whether it’s Claire heading back to the past to Jamie after 20 years of separation or Roger heading through the stones to find Brianna and bring her back.

Now, everyone is in the past. There’s no turning back. Both couples have lives and their family in the 18th century, and there isn’t anything to change that.

Of course, we know that doesn’t mean everyone wants to stay. Roger has always had the plan to head back to his own time. Brianna once did, but now with Jemmy, she wants to stay. However, Claire wants to keep her family safe, and the best place for that is in the 20th century.

How does Jamie feel about all of this? He knows that the future is safer, but is he willing to lose his entire family once more? We’ve seen his life without Claire in it. Would it really be selfish of him to want to keep everyone in his own time? Considering he can’t travel through the stones, I don’t think so!
