Wizard World New Orleans is about to get a little more Outlandish. Three Outlander guests are joining Sam Heughan in the new year.

When we heard Sam Heughan was heading to Wizard World New Orleans, we were excited. With it happening after filming, there’s a great chance that his appearance won’t be canceled, too! And now the NOLA con is getting even more Outlandish with three more Outlander guests added to the lineup.

Wizard World made the announcement on Dec. 5 through social media. Maria Doyle Kennedy, John Bell, and Ed Speleers are all joining Heughan at the convention, and it’s super exciting news. Fans have had the chance to meet the actors through Sasnak City, Outlanderish Vancouver, and other cons. Now it’s time to see them with Heughan.

More from Outlander Fandom

All three will be there on Saturday, Jan. 4 and Sunday Jan. 5, as long as there are no other commitments. It’s always worth remembering that conventions are at the bottom of the list when it comes to priorities. If their schedules for other projects clash, they have to head to filming.

You can currently get VIP packages for each of the Outlander guests. The packages include tickets for all three days of the convention, photo ops with the individual guests, autographs of the individual guests, and access to the VIP treasure hunt, among many other exciting additions.

Not into the VIP tickets? You can buy the individual photo ops and autographs for all three guests. Some duo photo ops are also available. One of my favorite additions is that of Heughan and Doyle Kennedy together, but you’ll also be able to get Heughan and Bell in a photo op together!

This is going to be an exciting addition to Wizard World New Orleans. Now we just need Caitriona Balfe to join in with the fun! And maybe Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin, pretty please?

Who are you most excited to see out of the new additions? Which duo photo op will you get? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
