Outlander’s Kyle Rees pops the question to his girlfriend

Outlander’s Kyle Rees took a trip to Disneyland with his girlfriend, where he popped the question. It’s official. He’s now engaged!

Kyle Rees stole the hearts of Outlander fans in his portrayal of John Quincy Myers in Outlander Season 4. And we certainly can’t wait to see him in the fifth season. But it’s even more exciting right now to wish him and his girlfriend-now-fiancee our congratulations.

Rees shared on Instagram recently that he and his girlfriend were taking a trip to Disneyland. It was the perfect place to propose, and he did it in a super sweet way. Sharing that his girlfriend said yes, Rees posted a photo of the proposal to share on Instagram. The ring was accompanied by a picture of Beauty and the Beast, the red rose, and the words “Will you marry me?”

Of course, she was going to say yes. Who wouldn’t have that super sweet and romantic proposal? Don’t they look super cute together?

The trip has taken place during the final days of Outlander Season 5 filming. This suggests that John Quincy Myers won’t be showing up towards the end of the season. However, that doesn’t mean he won’t have an important part. There have been plenty of videos from behind the scenes that show him with Jamie and Fergus, which makes sense for the building of the militia.

We still have some time to wait for the fifth season. However, we’re going in with the exciting news that behind the scenes, love it most definitely in the air.
