Richard Rankin is best known by us as Roger Wakefield MacKenzie in Outlander. However, he has another project coming to screens tomorrow night. Don’t miss out on BBC’s Trust Me Series 2.

While fans in the UK wait for more Outlander, there’s another way to sort of get a fix. Our own Richard Rankin, best known by us as Roger Wakefield MacKenzie, will star in BBC’s Trust Me Series 2 and it all starts tomorrow night.

It’s always fun seeing the actors from our show in other projects. This is often a chance to see the acting styles and abilities to play other characters. That’s certainly going to be the case here, as Rankin takes on a character in a hospital in the modern day. He might want to pass on the skills to Roger ready for Outlander Season 5.

McCain, who has been left paralyzed temporarily after being injured on active duty. The patients around him die from what McCain believes are suspicious circumstances, so he decides to investigate. The problem is, his injuries are preventing from doing that.

While the first season saw Jodie Whittaker in one of the lead roles, the Doctor Who star isn’t going to be in this second season. However, Harry Potter’s Alfred Enoch and The Victim’s John Hannah will be in the series. How to Get Away with Murder’s Wes Gibbons will play Jamie McCain.

It’s not clear just how large Rankin’s role is in Trust Me. Will he be one of the villains in this season’s tale? What we do know is that it’s a four-part drama, so you’ll get four weeks of content to get through Droughtlander.
