Richard Rankin, better known to the Outlander fans as Roger Wakefield MacKenzie, will attend all three days of the weekend convention. Running from Mar. 8 to 10, there’s plenty of chances to get his autograph, opt for a photo op, or even just see him from a distance.
If you want to opt for a special event that’s hosted by him, there are two. Rankin will host a whiskey tasting on the Saturday night. While it’s just shy of $400 to attend, you’l get to sample three to four different bourbons and full cocktails, get a full ctour of the Cleveland Distillery, and there will be some time to chat at the end.
Want something a little more intimate? The Escape Room is the event to turn to, where instead of the 30 at the whiskey tasting, there will be 10 people involved. It’s a Labyrinth room, where you’ll need to solve clues and work out puzzles together if you want to escape. This is the chance to work with Rankin as you and nine others progress through the Tree of Life.
You can check out all the events at the Wizard World Cleveland website.
