Brianna faced her rapist in Outlander Season 4, Episode 12. Here are her best moments throughout the episode.

While Lord John Grey didn’t want to take her, Brianna headed to Wilmington to face her rapist in Outlander Season 4, Episode 12. As we get ready to see her final scenes in Season 4, it’s time to look back over the episode for the standout moments.

Brianna certainly had plenty. A woman out of time and still learning plenty about the world, she’s had a lot of growing up to do. This episode showed her as a strong-willed and confident woman, possibly marking a turning point for her. Here are my five favorite moments from “Providence.”

5. Bonding with Lord John Grey

In Wilmington, Brianna and Lord John Grey get the chance to bond further. This is an important moment for the two characters, as they have a long friendship moving on from this. Will they get married? I’ll leave that spoiler-free for those who haven’t read the books.

One thing I loved was the way Brianna smiled up at John and allowed him to escort her into the jail to see Bonnet. She didn’t want him with her in the actual jail cell, but she leaned on him in the run up to this point. And she said everything many of us think. John really is impossible not to like.
