2. Are we getting flashes of the Artemis?

Remember in the Outlander Season 3 finale when Claire and Jamie washed ashore? Claire had fallen overboard from the Artemis and Jamie had dived in after her. The Artemis had run aground in Georgia, too.

It looks like we may get a couple of flashbacks of the Artemis crashing. There are a couple of shots of a ship on waters in a storm. While there could be another one in this season, there is a specific scene that makes me think that we’re getting some flashbacks.

Marsali is in a cabin at one point, dressed similarly to the way she was dressed at the end of Outlander Season 3. There are others but I’ve not quite been able to make them out, but they could be others that were in the cabin at the end of the episode.

Seeing the flashes would make a lot of sense. Fergus, Marsali, and Young Ian will all have stories to tell.

If this is another ship and another storm, what leads them all to this? Marsali’s story is going to have to be invented for the first part of the season, so is this part of that invention?
