Outlander Season 4 casting: More sneaky potential cast members

With Starz not releasing much about Outlander Season 4, we’re left searching for clues and information ourselves. It looks like there may be a few sneaky additions to the Outlander Season 4 casting, according to IMDb.

Since Starz hasn’t released much about the season, it means many of us have to do our own sleuthing. That means looking at sites such as IMDb for any Outlander Season 4 casting information.

While looking at each of the episodes for the season, there are a few names that pop up. Episode 13 has three names that haven’t been mentioned yet in casting announcements. They even have “names” for their characters.

I will state that IMDb isn’t the most reliable place. However, it can be a good place for theories and hidden gems. So, this isn’t an official casting announcement but more of potential members joining Claire and Jamie on their love story adventure.

Joe Maitland as “Plantation Owner”

The first worth noting is the addition of Joe Maitland. He’s only listed as “Plantation Owner” on IMDb, but he’s down for four episodes. Considering the episodes he’s listed in, this would suggest that he’s going to be in the Colonies and possibly linked to River Run in some way.

Joe has been in a few movies and shows but is mostly uncredited for them. Outlander will be his first credited performance.

Harry Capehorn as “Redcoat Officer”

We know that in the Colonies we have the lead up to the American Revolutionary War. That means plenty of Redcoats around and a lot of tension. So, it’s not surprising to find out there’s a character called “Redcoat Officer” in the Outlander Season 4 casting list.

Harry Capehorn is listed as the actor playing this role. The English actor is down for just one episode, which is the season finale. Harry has been acting since 1998.

Leon Herbert as Eutroclus

Out of all the potentially sneaky casting, the most interesting it Leon Herbert, as his character actually has a name from “Drums of Autumn.” He’s listed as Eutroclus in the Outlander Season 4 finale.

This is a minor character in the books. He’s a hand on the Sally Ann and a black freeman in the area. It surprising Starz hasn’t officially announced him as joining the cast, since even other minor characters have been named, such as Alec Newman.
