Are YOU Fansided’s FAN OF THE YEAR?

Much like Sports Illustrated’s “Sportsman of The Year” award, Fansided has decided to award one lucky fan out in the world the elite title of “Fan of the Year.” This year marks the first of many to come, and Claire & Jamie wants to know: Is the fan of the year one of you?

I know what you’re probably thinking: This is a site about Outlander, why on earth would we care anything about the Fan of the Year? Well, the answer is simple: We know you are more than your Outlander addiction. You’re a fan, of Outlander, yes, but of a lot of other things as well! You’re Royals fans, Broncos fans, Cavaliers fans, and Curling fans… And since we are one big happy family here at Fansided, we want to be sure that you get the opportunity to let your fandom shine!

And look, there’s sports in Outlander

There’s dancing.

Murtagh takes first place.

And there’s swordsmanship.

Horsemanship, or, equestrian sports. Jamie is first place at this.

SWIMMING! Jamie is not first at this, but he’s nice to look at. I mean, this isn’t even really swimming. It’s wading, through cold water, naked.

Ahem.

Here we go- a real sport! Field hocky-ish thing? Dougal gets the win for this one. This is a picture of Jamie, though, because Jamie.

Here’s another picture of Jamie. Rock climbing? Rock leaning? Rock something… it’s sporty.

And what about shooting? That’s totally a sport!
