Dream Casting Brianna Randall of Outlander

Rounding out our list candidate is Amber Skye Noyes. She is the second most popular pick to play Brianna. She was on the TV show Beauty and the Beast and recently on The Blacklist. She also has a budding music career and released an EP this year.

She hasn’t come out and said she wants the job but on August 26th was in Scotland. She posted a video on her Facebook page standing next to a pair of stones with the lush green hills of Scottland behind her. It makes a statement without haveing to say the words.
