When will the Shogun Season 1 finale air on Hulu?

History has some dark moments. Shogun has certainly shown us that with the treatment of John Blackthorn’s people by the Japanese. In fact, this series has shown us what the Japanese will do to its own when there has been disrespect or a question of power.

This is not a series you’ll want to miss, especially if you love Game of Thrones or Warrior. It gives us a look at the shifts of power, the differences in cultures, and the way that everyone can learn from each other if they are willing to listen.

Shogun Season 1 finale date

We are almost at the halfway mark of Shogun. There are 10 episodes to this season, and the episodes are now coming out once per week. This will give you an idea as to when to expect the finale on Hulu. The finale will give you the first opportunity to binge-watch the series.

Shogun’s Season 1 finale is set to air on Tuesday, April 23. It will air on both FX and Hulu.

Will Shogun Season 2 happen?

Once you’ve watched the finale, there will be eyes on a renewal. At this point, the series has been written as a miniseries. That doesn’t mean it will remain that way.

Shogun is based on the novel of the same name by James Clavell. The book is a standalone novel about the feudal Japan state of the 17th century as well as the first Englishman finding the country. While the book finishes where it does, that doesn’t mean the series will need to.

This could depend on the audience reaction. So far, the audience is enjoying the series. If there is a storyline and interest, Hulu and FX may want to continue the story. We’ll have to keep an eye on this.
