After such a long wait, we couldn’t wait for Bridgerton Season 3. Of course, you jumped straight into the episodes available yesterday, Thursday, May 16.
The downside was there were only four episodes available to watch. Don’t worry; this isn’t all that we’re getting of Season 3. Netflix just decided to split the season in half.
Why would Netflix do such a thing? It all comes down to money. People will spend the money on the subscription in May to watch the first half and then spend the money on the subscription again to watch the second half. It’s becoming a thing for Netflix. Just look at how You and The Crown were recently split in two.
If you timed the purchase right, though, you wouldn’t have needed to spend money on two months, though.
Bridgerton Season 3, Part 2 arrives in June
We don’t have to wait too long for Bridgerton Season 3, Part 2. The new episodes will arrive on Thursday, June 13. Those who only re-subscribed to Netflix yesterday to watch the first block of episodes will still be able to watch the second half for the same price. There’s no need to add another month to watch! Of course, Netflix knows that a lot of people will have signed up earlier to binge-watch the first two seasons again.
It's good news that the rest of the episodes will arrive soon. There’s a major cliffhanger for Penelope and Colin at the end of Episode 4. It turns out that this was how the show was originally written before Netflix asked for the season to be split in two.
Of course, we just want to see the rest of the story now! Episode 6 has the title “Romancing Mr. Bridgerton,” according to Digital Spy, which is the title of the third book. There is also an episode titled “Joining of Hands,” which suggests a wedding is on the way.
