Warrior

It’s time to head to 18th century San Francisco for the next one. Warrior takes place in China Town and just on the outskirts. We see how the Chinese were ostracized by everyone else around them, and what it led to with the government and within China Town itself.

The story starts with Ah Sahm, a Chinese man who happens to speak extremely good English. He comes to America in search for his sister, and he quickly ends up becoming a hatchet man for a rival tong that his sister is in charge of. He needs to figure out how to help his sister while remaining loyal to the tong that gave him a chance.

As all that goes on, he starts up a relationship with a white woman outside of China Town. This woman isn’t single, though, and it threatens everything.

Watch Warrior on Max.
