Just the Outlander chapter

Roger comes back from helping Jamie to find Bree in Jamie’s study. She is making notes in the guide for time travelers, and she knows that they need to have a code that the children can easily read but that others can’t. This book can’t be read by everyone. Is Pig Latin a good option?

This is when Bree gets into the details of what she’s writing about. Roger remembers that mass can’t be created or removed. It can only be moved.

Is there a disruption of mass by people coming through the stones? Have Bree and Roger disrupted things by going from the 1980s to the 1770s?

Roger wonders if this is why people die as they try to pass through the stones. Bree points out that even dead, the people still have a mass. That isn’t necessarily the reason for that to happen. However, the topic of mass and time periods being disrupted is still something to consider.
