Team Green is ready for war in House of the Dragon. Aegon makes it clear that’s what he wants in the trailer for Season 2, Episode 3.

Meanwhile, Team Black will need to decide how far they are willing to go. Once the Dance of the Dragons begins, there is no turning back. Is Rhaenyra willing to go through with this?

Then there’s Daemon, who rode off from Dragonstone after fighting with Rhaenyra. He is clearly heading off to Harenhal, and it looks like he will land there in the new episode.

Rhaenys Velaryon opens the trailer for House of the Dragon Season 2, Episode 3 with some wise words. Before long, the people will forget what they are fighting for. We can see in recent history to see how true that is. People forget what started the war; they just know which side they are fighting for.

The problem with a war that brings dragons into it is that people can’t survive. The dragons will destroy cities and castles. They will harm people as they fight each other, and that’s not what Rhaenyra really wants. She has tried hard to avoid something like that, but she may no longer have a choice.

Team Black has the dragons. We saw at the end of Season 1 that Daemon was getting Vermithor ready for the fight, and we know that Sheepstealer is likely to come up in this new season for Team Black.

There is no turning back from war. Aegon is ready for it. The murder of his son has put him on the warpath for Rhaenyra. And, of course, Rhaenyra still wants the throne that she believes is hers back. And so, the Dance of the Dragons must begin.
