Friday is almost here, and you know what that means. It’s almost time for Outlander: Blood of My Blood season 1, episode 8, and this is not an episode you’ll want to skip over.
Of course, you need to know how to watch it. There are a few options when it comes to a STARZ show, and we’ll get into each of them to make it easier for you. All you have to do is decide what time you’re getting up to watch the episodes.
Outlander: Blood of My Blood season 1, episode 8 is a big one for everyone. Ellen will need to face a test of her virtue, and we all know that she’s no longer a virgin. Brian Fraser knows that as well, as will Julia and Davina during this episode if Brian’s moments in the trailer are anything to judge. Can the women help, and will Brian end up stealing his wife away?
Meanwhile, Julia seems to make it to Castle Leoch, where Henry is. He’s about to see his wife, but doesn’t that mean he’s seeing a ghost? He certainly thinks so, but will the two finally reunite?

The new episode will drop on the STARZ app before it is available anywhere else. As we’ve mentioned before at ClaireandJamie.com, you can stay up until midnight ET to watch the episodes. That’s the time it drops on Friday, Sept. 19, and it means that you can watch it late in the evening on Thursday, Sept. 18 if you’re on the West Coast.
You don’t need to have only the app subscription to watch. In most cases, if you have a cable package with STARZ, you can sign into the app with your TV provider details. This is a great way to watch the episode early. And yes, while your views won’t count for the Nielsen ratings, they will count for STARZ.

If you do prefer to watch on the channel, then you’ll need to wait until 8 p.m. ET/PT. You can do it on the channel on your TV, or there may be a way to watch live on the app. This will depend on settings and how you’ve signed up for the app.
There are reruns on the channel throughout the weekend, which is a great way to catch up or watch again if you missed something.
