Foreshadowing in the Outlander chapter

The chapter certainly continues the plot of the Revolutionary War. It’s coming to the Ridge. That’s no longer foreshadowing at this point. What is foreshadowing is Agnes showing up. Agnes’s mother sent her there, knowing that the Frasers would help.

The people of the Ridge know that they can rely on the Frasers. It’s clear that this third floor is going to be needed as a refuge and people will come.

Adapting the Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone chapter

I don’t think that this chapter will be used in full. The only part that would make sense for the plot is Jamie sharing his thoughts about the letter. This is important if it does connect to Captain Richardson, especially if he does become the big villain of Outlander Season 8.

I don’t think Agnes Cloudtree will come into the story. It’s more of a side plot from what I can remember. There just won’t be enough time for all the side plots.
