Foreshadowing in the Outlander chapter

This chapter continues the bond that is forming between Rachel and Jenny. It’s clear that they care a lot about each other. While Rachel is glad that Jenny is coming with them, she’s also worried about her mother-in-law.

There isn’t much in the way of foreshadowing, though. This is more of just plot development of the journey to come for the characters.

Adapting the Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone chapter

I do think that we should see something of this storyline in Outlander Season 8. I would love to see it play out on screen, and there has been plenty of Young Ian and Rachel up to this point. The problem is whether there is enough time.

This whole storyline could be kept to just one episode if handled right, which makes me think that it will happen. I look forward to seeing it all play out, especially to see the bond between Rachel and Jenny.
